Hotel Bliss - Bruges

The location was fantastic, so close to main attractions! the lack of communication was a bummer, as reception was often empty. 😕

The place is ideal, the staff are very friendly and caring.

It has excellent and absolutely perfect location to see a bustling plaza. The rooms are recently refurbished with a practical built-in wardrobe.

Great attitude of the personell, perfect location of Brugge, variations of breakfast, nice comfortable rooms.

It is a wonderful small property located in Historic Centre of Brugge district just next door to many restaurants as well as T Zand square. Make sure to get twin room with large bathroom, a comfortable bed, a bathtub. The staff is being best and excellent.

The staff were excellent, the rooms modern, with everything we needed, the breakfast was all we could have wanted. The balcony on 3rd floor was good for sitting out in the late afternoon.My friends and I thought we had chosen well, the pricecompared with the other hotels around

I experienced constant noise disruptions from the square, especially during the night. The absence of any in-room coffee or tea facilities was a significant letdown. The service was inconsistent. The reception was often unmanned.

A strange smell in the room... not unpleasant ... but strange. There's a construction site nearby.

The location was perfect for our visit, easy walking distance to attractions. Breakfast was superb, especially watching the team slice ham on a vintage machine. Beautiful, tasteful decor.

Room heating was a concern, feeling rather cold at times,, and service availability seemed inconsistent. Noise from nearby events disrupted our sleep, disappointing.

Was a bank holiday so was a great buzz around. In the centre of a large square, 5 mins taxi from train station. Good breakfast, friendly helpful receptionist.

Rooms are small, carpet and lino not great but newly renovated bathroom. Perfect for a short stay.

Unfortunately, noise from the square can keep you up at night, particularly during events. The lack of in-room coffee or tea facilities is a letdown, especially when you're paying a premium. I found the heating was a bit shaky. It felt too cold at times, and the Wi-Fi service could be slow. Communication is also an issue due to the reception being unmanned, tough when we needed assistance after hours.

Good location within walking distance of city center and at a reasonable price. Also within close proximity to rail road station. Very clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was that we needed to be at the train station no later than 8:30AM the day we left (a Saturday). Breakfast room did not open until 7:30 and no one was at reception by 8:00 so we could check out. The receptionist arrived around 8:15 after we had tried to use the push button box outside the door. We nearly missed our train....

The hotel is right on the border of the historic center and you can easily walk to the main square. My room had a nice view which looked like a postcard or painting. Facilities are well kept, and the room had adequate size and huge shower area. The hotel is small so there is much quiet. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is attached to a restaurant, but the entrance is separate, yet it never disturbs you. Staff was very helpful and corteous.

Wireless was free but low signals in rooms and quite slow
